Bungabbee Forest, midway between Lismore, Casino and Kyogle, is under threat of being logged in April 2021. A range of initiatives are being planned by the community to try and stop the logging, including the development of a children’s book to engage young people and families. We hope that, through this project, we can convey a sense of optimism and a deeper sense of understanding about the importance of the forest, to a range of stakeholders.
